Once you return from swimming at midnight, you enter the oscommerce site and start tweaking the code, it's just like swimming: BestFoisGras is the first E-commerce site I handle, and it's pretty tricky. Better to work at night, and wait until the pool opens in the morning.

The ecole des Mines playing waterpolo made the whole pool splash up, meanwhile the creme de la creme of politics, finance, art, and the future world resources protection, were seriously meditating in their wazzaaapool lanes.

15min crawl warm up, (500m), 200 backstroke, 6×50 exhausting and breathtaking sprints, 200m kickboard and ondulation, 6×25m half sprints + 25 backstroke.

Gay Swim Amsterdam

We did swim in the Olympic pool of Amsterdam with the Gay men’s and women’s club. A thrill work out: 15 min warm-up, 8×100 prints with last 25m full speed, 8×50 sprints likewise, 2×400 srpints with intervals, Relay at the end. Trainers Cor van Zeventer and the other trainer Geert-Jan Loos are brilliant, motivated, attentive.

To run an organization like this that meets in Paris in June, for the european gay swim fest, you need a driving force. In this case it is the chairman Rudolf Post.
